ROLE

The Project Manager supports the project by providing leadership for any assigned project, possibly including third party vendor implementation, EPIC enhancements, and internal technical projects. Project Managers scope, plan, oversee and document all aspects of multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of complexity within the organization. This role regularly consults with upper management to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, collaborating across the organization for support. Project Managers work closely with project champions and owners to achieve successful project execution and assist with resource management of cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project tasks, and services according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop project timelines and communicate with client on weekly updates.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational and technical matters before, during or after the project as engaged (e.g. basic process issues, implementation delays).
  • Clearly communicate the progress and/or health of workstreams affecting client leadership and Pivot Point Delivery leadership
  • Assist with client-related requests or issues (escalate as needed)
  • Attend client meetings as needed or requested, either in TEAMS, Zoom or via Slack.


EXPERIENCE
 
  • Demonstrate compliance with all facility, department, company policies and procedures (i.e. EHR credentials).
  • Display exemplary work ethic and professionalism.
  • High level of independent judgment and decision making.
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities that meet the professional standards of Pivot Point, and the local client/facility.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization including but not limited to upper management, information technology, human resources, etc.
  • Has experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in realms of project management. This includes updates of the project and daily completion metrics (i.e End Of Shift Email).
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to adjust communication style as needed in relation to the audience (i.e. clients’ management/leadership individuals).
  • Possess strong computer skills – technologically savvy in accordance with the needs of IT project execution.
  • Possess excellent organizational/project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and constraints while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong innovation and problem-solving skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require Hourly pay range disclosure: $75 - $90.
