Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • This Digital Marketing Manager position at Pivot Point Consulting will lead and oversee all digital campaigns, paid and organic lead generation, HubSpot marketing and KPI reporting
  • Remote +/or in office (Nashville, TN)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee all digital marketing channel and campaign strategies including paid social and search, HubSpot email marketing, website SEO and organic social strategy
  • Direct and collaborate with Pivot Point’s marketing team to enable timely, efficient implementation of strategy and campaigns
  • Successfully build, plan and implement paid digital marketing strategies
  • Plan, test and deploy new relevant digital strategies to grow audiences and support lead generation
  • Oversee HubSpot strategy, segmentation, execution and reporting
  • Oversee creative strategy with designer and SMEs to ensure copy and design are consistent with marketing strategy
  • Partner with Vaco Global marketing to realize efficiencies and ensure consistency with other Vaco brands
  • Overall all digital marketing agency relationships including requirements, deliverables and results
  • Provide trusted, subject matter expertise on all digital marketing best practices and trends
  • Define KPIs, measure ROI and report on all digital channel performance
  • Define and oversee digital marketing budget
  • Improve conversion rates of paid and organic lead generation
  • Lead and mentor other marketing team members

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing paid digital marketing campaigns with successful outcomes and impact
  • Data-driven, a strategic digital marketer with a proven track record of increasing digital channel performances and lead generation
  • A smart risk-taker who understands how to run tests and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and driven by achieving short- and long-term goals
  • Experience effectively managing digital marketing agency partners to realize KPIs/ROIs
  • Proven track record optimizing existing and launching new organic and paid search/social and digital advertising efforts
  • A proactive communicator that takes the time to keep key teams and stakeholders informed
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing platforms
  • Outstanding time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, high-energy attitude with a strong ownership mentality from planning to execution
  • Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently
